All documents are executed in accordance with Ontario's Succession Law Reform Act and Substitute Decisions Act, under the direction of a licensed Law Society of Ontario (LSO) practitioner.

Yes, and it is worth fixing before the appointment. A commissioner can only witness a signature that is made in front of them, so the document has to arrive with no signatures on it at all — not yours, and not the other party's. On a vehicle transfer that means neither the person giving the vehicle nor the person receiving it should have signed. Fill everything else in, leave every signature line empty, and all of them are signed live on camera during the call.
