Can documents intended for international use be notarized?

Yes — the document may be used abroad, but you must be in Ontario when you sign. It is your responsibility to confirm that the receiving country or institution accepts notarized or remotely signed documents.

Should I sign my document before the appointment starts?

No, documents must be signed in front of the notary during the session to ensure proper witnessing and legal compliance.

Is it possible to upload documents before the scheduled appointment?

Yes, you can securely upload your documents in advance to speed up the process and allow the notary to review them beforehand.

How is my personal information protected during the process?

No, we do not provide legal advice. Our role is limited to verifying identity and witnessing signatures.

Yes, multiple signers can participate, either together or in separate sessions, depending on the document requirements.

Are copies of my documents stored after notarization is completed?

Documents are stored securely for a limited time and then permanently deleted according to our data retention policy.

What payment methods are accepted for your services?

We accept secure online payments through major payment systems for a smooth and reliable transaction process.

Can you certify true copies of original documents?

Yes, we can verify and certify copies of original documents as true and accurate reproductions. In person only — not online at this moment.

Do certain documents require witnesses in addition to a notary?

Yes, some documents require additional witnesses. Requirements depend on the document type and applicable laws.

Can I use your service if I am outside Ontario?

No. At this time we serve clients located in Ontario, for Ontario residents only. You must be physically in Ontario during the appointment, and you will be asked to state your location on the call.

Can I cancel my appointment if my plans change?

Yes, cancellations are allowed in accordance with our policy, and you may reschedule if needed.
