Pricing Questions
How much does it cost to notarize a travel consent letter?
A child travel consent letter is a Standard Document: $39.95 plus HST. If you need letters for more than one child, each extra letter in the same appointment is $30.95 plus HST.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and other major credit cards, as well as Visa and Mastercard debit cards. You pay online when you book, on a secure checkout page.
Is paying online safe?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, a certified payment provider used by millions of businesses. You enter your card details on Stripe’s secure page, and we never see or store your full card number. North Notary is a registered Ontario business, and every payment goes to our Canadian business account.
Are there any extra fees?
No booking or card fees. You pay the service price, any extras you choose, and HST.
Do you offer mobile, in-person service?
Yes. Mobile visits are available in the GTA by prior appointment. The price depends on the location, so please contact us for a quote. See our Mobile Notary Services page for details.
What if I need more than one document signed?
Book your main document and add each extra document as an add-on for $30.95 plus HST. Exhibits attached to a court affidavit count as additional documents too.
