London is a city of students and young families, and the paperwork follows the school year: OSAP affidavits in late summer, letters of invitation before convocation, and consent letters before the holidays.
Instead of searching for an office between classes or shifts, book a time that suits you, join the call from your phone or laptop, show your ID, and sign while the commissioner watches.
Most London appointments take around ten minutes, and the completed document arrives by email shortly after the call.
