Affidavit of No Lien — Notarized Online
A sworn statement confirming that a vehicle is free of outstanding debts or legal claims, signed over a secure video call.
Before a buyer parts with money, or a lender agrees to a deal, they often want to hear the seller swear that nothing is owed on the vehicle. An affidavit of no lien puts that promise in writing, under oath.
The person giving the assurance signs live on camera. We check ID, watch the signature, and seal the document.
Notarized in accordance with O. Reg. 431/20. We do not search lien registries or verify the statement. The person swearing it is responsible for its truth, and a buyer who wants independent confirmation should run their own search.
