Board Resolution — Notarized Online
Authentication of an official corporate decision, sworn by an authorized officer over a secure video call.
Banks, government offices, and business counterparties sometimes require a notarized Board Resolution before they will act on a corporate decision — confirming that the resolution was genuinely passed and is being sworn to by someone with the authority to do so.
An authorized officer or director joins the video appointment with the resolution prepared but unsigned. The commissioner verifies their photo ID, witnesses the signature, and applies the seal.
Notarized in accordance with O. Reg. 431/20. We do not verify that the resolution was properly passed by the board itself — that responsibility rests with the corporation and its officers.
