When one party signs a separation agreement, a business contract, or a release without a lawyer of their own, the other side will often ask for this waiver: a signed record that the choice was theirs, made with open eyes.

The person waiving joins the call with the document unsigned. We verify photo ID, witness the signature, and seal it.

Commissioned in accordance with O. Reg. 431/20. We give no legal advice, and that includes whether you should waive. If you have any doubt about what you are signing, please speak to a lawyer first. That is exactly what the waiver acknowledges you were free to do.
