Notarial Certificate — Ontario Notary Public
A formal certificate issued by a Notary Public, often requested by foreign institutions and businesses.
Some institutions, especially outside Canada, ask for a notarial certificate rather than a simple signature, for example to confirm that a document was signed in front of a notary, or to confirm a person’s identity.
Tell us what the receiving institution asked for when you book. The notary reviews the request, confirms your identity on the video call, and prepares the certificate to match what was asked.
Certified true copies require an in-person appointment. If your institution needs a certified true copy, contact us and we will arrange it.
