Mutual Release Agreement — Notarized Online

Notarization of a contract in which the parties release each other from future legal claims, witnessed over a secure video call.

A mutual release is how two sides close the book on a dispute: each agrees not to pursue the other over the matter described. It is common after a settlement, a business parting of ways, or a resolved disagreement, and the signatures on it carry real weight.

Each party joins the call, in the same appointment or separate ones, and signs live with photo ID verified. We witness and seal the completed agreement.

Notarized in accordance with O. Reg. 431/20. We do not draft or review the agreement, or advise on what you are giving up by signing it. Independent legal advice before signing is strongly recommended.
