CRPO Statutory Declaration — Commissioned Online
A formal declaration required by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario for some applicants and members.
The College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario asks some applicants and registrants to confirm certain facts in a statutory declaration, for example as part of an application or a registration requirement.
Psychotherapists and students often have full client schedules, so a short video appointment between sessions is easier than visiting an office. You upload the declaration unsigned, show your photo ID on camera and sign while the commissioner watches.
Commissioned in accordance with O. Reg. 431/20. Questions about what the College requires should go to the College directly.
